Old membrane and wet insulation are removed, the deck is inspected and repaired, and we plan tapered insulation to direct water to drains.

3. Insulation and Membrane
Fresh insulation and the new membrane go down — TPO and EPDM seams are fully welded or taped per manufacturer spec.
STEP 04
4. Drains, Edges, and Flashing
We detail every drain, scupper, parapet, and penetration with proper flashing and termination bars for a watertight roof.
